DMX Controlled Mechanical Horse for Aalborg Theater

The DMX-controlled mechanical horse was a custom-made invention for Aalborg Theater. The design of the mechanical horse was developed in collaboration with the set designer for the staging of the show Mio, My Mio in 2008. The mechanical construction and the programming were made by Wahlberg Light & Motion Design, using 5 DC Motor Actuators, a servomotor and one geared AC Motor, controlled by DMX Motor Controllers and fine-tuned to achieve the life-like motion of the horse.
